1469 Architects, formerly known as Durvesh Mhatre and Associates, is an architectural and interior design firm that has been involved in designing and executing a wide range of residential and commercial interior projects from its inception in 2009 till date.
Its proprietor, Architect Durvesh Pradeep Mhatre, is a second generation architect with Bachelor’s degree from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture (KRVIA), Mumbai and Master’s degree from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
Our contracting associates includes personnel with over two and a half decades of experience in executing complex and critical projects all across the country.
We are on the panel of architects of the National Co-operative Bank Ltd. and have successfully executed their branches in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Durvesh Mhatre had been also associated with various colleges in Mumbai as a visiting faculty including KRVIA and Balwant Seth School of Architecture, NMIMS.
